Invitation to market dialogue (RFI) - Procurement of framework agreements on air travel

The Norwegian Agency for Public and Financial Management (DFØ) will conduct a procurement process for new framework agreements for air travel through the Central Procurement Body of Norway (CPB of Norway). In this regard, we seek dialogue with suppliers of air travel services, both nationally and internationally. This is the second time the CPB of Norway will enter into framework agreements for air travel, and the agreements resulting from this procurement process will replace the current agreements from June 2026. The purpose of the procurement is to establish framework agreements for air travel, both domestically and internationally, where employees need to travel by air to perform their duties for the government. During the market dialogue, we will host a supplier conference, book individual meetings with interested parties and would like written input from the market.
