Invitation to market dialogue/RFI for Hedmarken intermunicipal emergency doctor surgery and ambulance station (HILAS).

Hedmarken Intermunicipal Emergency Doctor Surgery needs to hire new premises for an intermunicipal emergency doctor surgery. At the same time, Innlandet Hospital needs to rent premises for a new ambulance station. The emergency doctor surgery and the ambulance station are scheduled to be co-located in what we have called Hedmarken Intermunicipal Emergency Doctor Surgery and Ambulance Station (HILAS) given that the participating municipalities decide to move forward with the procurement. This RFI is announced to inform possible landlords in the market about the project and for the landlords to provide relevant input that could be useful for the project and to facilitate for the best possible future competition and therefore the best possible subsequent deliveries. A market dialogue is planned at Stange Town Hall as a part of the RFI. First a joint meeting, and then individual meetings for market participants who want it. The market dialogue meeting is planned to be held 7 May, 09:00. Registration for joint and individual meetings will be held in Mercell by 2 May, 12:00.Currently a room and function programme is being prepared, which is planned to be ready in time before the dialogue meeting and will hopefully be made available or sent after this RFI has been announced, approx. one week before the market dialogue meeting.
