IT Advisory services for CIO/IT Delivery

The contracting entity requires the provision of external independent IT research and advisory services in a range of areas which are essential in driving our IT Strategy. In addition, the ability, through this service, to engage with industry expert analysts for the provision of advisory, coaching and services around digital transformation is seen as a key component to successfully deliver on this for ESB. In addition, ready access to benchmarking toolkits as part of this service in order to compare performance against peers and top industry performers is required to measure progress against the strategic targets. It is envisaged that the contract duration will be for three years with an option to extend at the Contracting Entity’s discretion, for a further period of up to four (4) years, at intervals of two (2) years and two (2) years
