Statens innkjøpssenter procures and administers governmental joint agreements on behalf of up to 190 entities and 130,000 employees. The entities are different in size, number of employees, sector, core activity and have different organisation of their IT functions. We are now looking at the possibilities of establishing a non-exclusive contract for the entities on IT Asset Management and IT Service Management. A non-exclusive agreement means that each individual entity can choose to use it. The objective of this market survey is to obtain inputs and feedback from the market. The market is encouraged to use this opportunity to provide constructive and good feedback and input, thoughts, ideas and experiences so that the procurement is established in an appropriate manner for all parties.
