This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN) to notify the market of SEAI’s intention to publish a Request for Tender in relation to the provision of the following services: IT Managed Services to develop and support the new systems required for the EPBD 2024 Recast (The European Performance Building Directive (EPBD) was recast with final text of the recast agreed in May 2024. - https://energy.ec.europa.eu/topics/energy-efficiency/energy-efficient-buildings/energy-performance-buildings-directive_en) The estimated value of this contract is estimated at €11,000,000 excl. VAT. The contract term will be for a maximum of five years. SEAI intends publishing the Request for Tenders in Q4 2024. Please do not respond to this notice. It is a Prior Information Notice only. Further information will be published on www.etenders.gov.ie , when it becomes available. A Market Engagement Event will be held online on at 2pm on October 3rd, 2024.
