ITT 20/2026 Multi Quote Ref CA17868 Greenhill YMCA – Outdoor Upgrade Works – PP2011 Applications are invited from Contractors, under the terms of the NEC4 ECSC Short Contract, who wish to be tender for the following PEACEPLUS project: Greenhill YMCA – Outdoor Upgrade Works – PP2011: A range of external upgrade works including fencing and trail works at the Greenhill YMCA site in Newcastle. The works will be for Civil Engineering - 45200000-9, Landscaping - 45112700-2, Paved Areas - 45233200-1, Land Clearance - 45111220-6, Ground Maintenance - 77314000-4 for a period of 3 weeks and will commence not before Aug 2026.
