Stavanger municipality invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for Joinery services with the accompanying materials in Stavanger - Sub-Contract 1. Information on the contracting authority can be found at www.stavanger.kommune.no.The framework agreement will mainly be used for operational and maintenance work on the existing buildings, but it can also be used for some minor investment projects. The tenderer who submits a tender in zone 1 cannot submit a tender in zone 2.The contracting authority shall enter into parallel framework agreements with three tenderers in Zone 1. The agreements are available for all of Stavanger municipality, including all municipal companies, but it will primarily be used by Boligbygg, Byggdrift, Formålsbygg Forvaltning and Forvaltningsprosjekter in the Property Department in Stavanger municipality. The contracts will be valid for 1 year with options for 1 year + 1 year + 1 year.
