Invitation to market dialogue: New system for KGV and KAVTrondheim municipality invites tenderers to a market dialogue in connection with the procurement of a new tender management tool (KGV) and contract administration system (KAV). The current agreement with Mercell expires in June 2028. The municipality would therefore like to probe the market in order to ensure a future orientated system that supports our strategic objectives and needs. Further information on these is published as additional information in UKE 19. Whether the dialogue process dialogue will be carried out in several phases in order to ensure a good maturation of the tender documentation: Introductory round: Presentation of the tenderers ́ solutions, as well as general tips, advice and input (see the details below). Consultation rounds: Two written hearings connected to the requirement specifications, award criteria and contract terms. All communication and documentation in the consultation rounds will be published as additional information under "Communication" in this notice. ScheduleWe plan for the following progress in the procurement (subject to alterations): 2026:WEEK 22-23: Preliminary roundUKE 41-42: Hearing 1 WEEK 47-48: Hearing 22027UKE 2 - Announcement of competition WEEK 26 - Contract signingIt is planned for implementation 01.10.2027 - 30.04.2026 with Delivery Day 01.05.2028, so that there will be some overlap between the new and old system in order to ensure a safe transition. Preliminary round 1:1 meetings: We invite tenderers to digital meetings where suppliers are given the opportunity to demonstrate their solutions to the municipality's needs. Written responses: Tenderers will have the opportunity, after completed meetings, to submit comprehensive written input.
