The organization therefore wishes to explore the market for a Know Your Customer (KYC) and screening solution that supports risk-based verification of: • Customers and prospects • Suppliers • Delegations and guests invited to events • International contacts in the context of potential collaborations or commercial opportunities The objective is to ensure that interactions and collaborations with individuals, legal entities and organizations comply with applicable sanctions legislation, compliance obligations and internal governance guidelines. Port of Antwerp-Bruges expects the proposed solution to: • Provide reliable and up-to-date screening against international, regional, and local sanctions lists, watchlists, and PEP databases. • Enable clear risk identification and reporting. • Offer monitoring and alerting capabilities in the event of changes to risk profiles. • Comply with applicable data protection and information security requirements, including GDPR. • Be smoothly integrated into the existing organizational and operational environment. • Respect PoAB data sovereignty.
