In summary, the Services comprise: The Provision of Water Sample Preparation and Management of Distribution Services for the Intercalibration Scheme of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) wishes to sub-contract the water sample preparation and distribution elements of the EPA Intercalibration or Proficiency Testing Scheme. The EPA seeks tenders for the preparation and distribution of annually five (5) sets of test samples for five (5) sample categories to approximately 120-130 laboratories/participants in the Republic of Ireland with an initial contract for years one (1) and two (2) with optional to purchase for years three (3) and four (4).
