Leangen Utvikling AS invites tenderers to competitions in the project Leangen Sentrum felles/infrastruktur. Tenders are wanted from tenderers with the professional, technical and financial basis necessary to fulfil the terms of the contract. Leangen Sentrum shall be developed and extended with new buildings and new infrastructure. The projects are executed in stages and with different contracting authorities. The different procurements are divided up and described in their own basis. The contract is for the establishment of new infrastructure and a new surface for the existing Leangenvegen, Trondheim. The project will have close interface with already started and coming projects, and must be coordinated with the execution of them. Phases must be expected for construction in order to maintain accesses to the existing buildings and projects under construction. All costs connected to this shall be included in the tender. NS 8407 will form the basis. Start up in October 2025. Completion by March 2026. The final hand-over of any surfaces that are "dependent on seasons" will be agreed upon.
