The subject of this invitation to tender is the provision of legal advisers in Brussels for Commission staff and their family members. The purpose of this contract is to conclude a framework contract for the provision of legal advice relating to Belgian legislation in the following legal fields: — Consumer law — Law of Property — Tax law — Rights of individuals — Private international law related to these areas — Labour and social law — European Union law (involving in-depth knowledge of the provisions of the Protocol on the Privileges and Immunities of the European Union of 8 April 1965, annexed to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union).
