Tenderers shall develop and execute leiar development programmes for approx. 470 leiarar based on the ambitions and principles of the organisation strategy. The most likely tender contest will be published in Doffin in Q4 2024. The contracting authority would like feedback from the tenderer in the tender documentation, which is used as a basis. This is with particular emphasis on the requirement specifications point 2.4 Competence. Is there a requirement in the requirement specification that is egna to limit the competition? The contracting authority would also like feedback on the qualification requirements in the competition. There will be an assessment as to whether these are more than restrictive.
