This Tender details works requiring the thermal upgrading to BER – B2 rating and the refurbishment of the following properties; 1. No. 12 Lismakeera, Askeaton, Co. Limerick (Eircode V94HF8C) 2. No. 13 Lismakeera, Askeaton, Co. Limerick (Eircode V94 VF7A) The purpose of this project is to convert 2 semi detached dwellings into a single dwelling. All works to comply with the current Building Regulations. All units have been designed in accordance with the Department of the Environment Social Housing Design Guidelines.
