Work package 1. Part 1. Drying Container Vilart Teemu Heinonen Oy (business ID 2371743-4) has been selected as the supplier of the dry container. The tenderer was subject to a review required by the ESPD, suitability and customer liability act, and compliance with statutory business requirements was checked. Vilart Teemu Heinonen Oy has overall responsibility for the progress of the project, staying within budget, completing the container, and integrating and installing the equipment to be installed in the container. The container supplier is responsible for transportation and transport insurance. The overall implementation requires seamless cooperation between the container and the equipment to be installed in the container. The dry container must meet the material and hygiene requirements set by the health authority for food processing environments, as well as the occupational safety requirements related to indoor work, in terms of ventilation, humidity and dust removal in the container working environment. The container supplier is responsible for the warranty related to the container and container structures, electrical work, ventilation and other systems presented in the request for tender. The estimated total value of the dry container was estimated at €45,000 - €50,000. Vilart Teemu Heinonen's bid price was €48,900 (VAT 0%), which was approved by the evaluation working group set by the procurement unit. A procurement decision has been made on the procurement, which has been implemented. The supplier of the container was selected as a supplier who had a functional, suitable for the intended use, cost-effective, innovative and clear implementation plan. The supplier had to have sufficient qualifications in working container construction, as well as appropriate references from the construction of similar implementations. The container to be delivered must meet the mandatory requirements set out in the request for tender for food premises and indoor work containers.
