Work package 1. Part 1. Working container for drying and processing raw materials (natural products) and working by using drying equipment inside the container. Detailed description of drying container in Appendix 9. The implementation plan for the container must be a concrete project based plan that clearly describes the work phases and a realistic schedule for the delivery of the container. The plan must consider the needs of the Client, as well as the necessary cooperation with the container and drying equipment suppliers during the building and assembly process. Regarding the container, following aspects must be considered 1. occupational safety requirements for working in the food premises and inside the container, 2. the placement and attaching (mounting) of the drying equipment inside the container, 3. mechanical air ventilation, humidity and dust removal systems, air ventilation pipes and valves, 4. electrical cabinet and connections, lighting, 5. ramps, loading the container and access to the container The device in Part 5. A professional dispenser for dry powders with scales needs a proper dust extraction system, which must be implemented as a solid system of the container solution. The container must meet the following mandatory requirements: 1. licenced as food premises 2. must be the indoor working container (for 2-4 people simultaneously working in the container) 3. Other requirements: new or like-new container or ready-made drying equipment container solution, internal temperature from + 15 to + 23 degrees Celsius) 4. mechanical air ventilation, humidity and dust removal system requirements (interior working, processing and packing local raw materials in the container must be considered) * supply and exhaust piping and air valves * necessary ventilation solutions, * hood for the spot dust extract, suction hose of dust extract systems * humidity removal system (air dryer fof supply air pipe) * installation Above mentioned must be precisely described, cooperation and coordination with the drying equipment supplier must be taken into account. Selection of container materials, like wall, ceiling, floor, insulation and surface materials must meet the requirements set for food premises, durable base and frame structures, wall and floor materials must withstand container transfers, pressure, movements and weight transfers caused by the use of the drying equipment and the movement of trolley. The container supplier must offer a hood and a targeted dust removal system integrated into the ventilation system. The offer must include detailed technical information on the ventilation, humidity and dust removal system to be offered. The container supplier is responsible for the adequacy of dust removal. The offer must be considered the ventilation requirement for working inside the container, occupational safety and food premises requirements. The solution must comply with food hygiene and ATEX requirements. The floor material must be even, non-slip, easy cleaning and disinfection material in room temperature. Occupational health, safety aspects and suitability for food premises must be taken into account. For transport and moving there has to be swap body rails for lifting the container, as well as hook and wire rope equipment, so that the logistics transport of the Vocational College Lappia can be used. The container must also be able to be moved using the swap body and Hiab method. Mounting rails or similar mounting mechanisms must be installed on the floor of the container for the drying equipment. Rails must be cleanable. Most devices are attached to the floor during use and when moving the container, excl. the table model of smaller freeze dryer. The electricity requirement of the container must be stated (an electrical cabinet with power supply is required for the drying equipment, alternative forms of energy must be taken into account. The container must not contain any materials that cause indoor air problems, such as insulation or other materials that endanger working inside the container. The container must have efficient work lighting in different working spots. The container must be able to be lowered onto asphalt or another flat/solid surface. If special platform structures are required under the container, they must be included in the offer (with price specification). The container must have a locking mechanism - however, such that the locking can also be opened from the inside, at least for the frame warmed entrance door (occupational safety). There has to be gentle, low ramps on the container doors, so that trolleys full of raw materials can be pushed in and out the working container. In the case the container has double doors, moving the drying equipment into the container and out must be safely and smoothly implemented. The working temperature of the drying container is at least +15 at most +23 degrees Celsius. In addition, tenderers must describe in detail the container's mechanical air ventilation system, taking into account the drying equipment dust extractor, as well as the electrification (electricity supply, luminous flux and power current), lighting solutions, power cord length at least 60 meters and sockets. The power supply and locations of LED lights and other needed power supplies must be reported. The drying equipment must be attachable inside the container and other moving parts or equipment (when drying equipment used or otherwise moved) during transfer or transportation so that they do not break (describe the fastening solutions). A "windbox" is implemented at the double door entrance with a plastic slate curtain. The container's access door is located at the rear of the container (for example, a container-wide double door common in containers). There must be a narrower frame-warmed access door on the rear of the container that can accommodate a FIN pallet brought into the container.
