The technical support will be carried out via knowledge sharing, seminars, trainings, technical studies and municipalities' team mentoring on the operationalization of the projects. Specific objectives are: ? Technical support to pilot projects: Determine the technical feasibility of establishing municipal solid waste management projects including waste composition, processing technologies and site suitability ? Financial viability: Assess the financial viability, including cost estimates, revenue models and funding mechanisms ? Legal and regulatory compliance: Evaluate legal and regulatory compliance, taking into account PPP framework, environmental authorizations as well as municipal regulatory frameworks and requirements ? Risks analysis: Analyze the potential environmental and social impacts and risks, ensuring sustainable and inclusive project design, as well as key risks (technical, financial, political, environmental) and propose mitigation strategies ? Stakeholder engagement: To ensure alignment with local needs ? Procurement: Develop the necessary documentation for procurement of the project
