CFT-1812 Decennial Liability Insurance for the EIB New Building in Luxembourg

Lot 1 - Lead Insurer, covering EIB as well as all participants involved in the design and execution of the works, including contractors, subcontractors, architects and engineers for a certain percentage of the required overall RCD coverage. It covers physical loss or damage to the New EIB Building regarding RC Decennial aspect. Lead Insurer is responsible for managing the co-insurers participating in the final service contract. As a minimum, the Lead Insurer is required to provide a minimum of fifteen (15) percent (%) of the required coverage of the Insured Amount, which is set as EUR 217 490 000. The Lead Insurer will be paid a lead fee of 0.5% of the co-insurers’ premium subtotal, for the necessary coordination of the co-insurers during the contract term. This lead fee is additional to the Lead Insurer’s premium subtotal.
