Description du marché

The competition is for a contract for bank services for Holmestrand and Horten municipalities. The contract will include entities that are part of the basic organisations of the contracting authority with an option for any future municipal companies, as well as all other companies that are a public law body and 100% owned by the municipality. Including companies that the municipalities are accountants for such as inter-municipal companies (IKS), foundations or host municipality cooperation where the contracting authority participates. The competition does not include loans, but the municipalities shall have the possibility of case credit. Holmestand municipality The average balance over the last three years has been approx. 200 million and is likely to be at this level. The number varies and the customer reserves the right to change the average balance during the contract period without affecting costs/interest margins, and that profit liquidity can be placed in another way outside the main bank. The transaction costs are estimated to be NOK 450,000 excluding VAT per annum. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. Horten municipality The average balance in the last 3 years for Horten municipality and Horten Havn has been approx. 500 million, but is likely to decline slightly. The number varies and the customer reserves the right to change the average balance during the contract period without affecting costs/interest margins, and that profit liquidity can be placed in another way outside the main bank. The transaction costs are estimated to be NOK 300,000 excluding VAT per annum. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.
