Management Consultancy Services for the New Cash Centre Project

The Central Bank requires the services of an integrated team of suitably qualified and experienced professionals led by a Project Management Director and supported by a Deputy Project Management Director to provide integrated project management and cost consultancy services, (the “Management Consultancy Services”), in respect of the Project. There are four main workstreams within the Project and which, as the Project matures, will have subsidiary work streams added as required. The four main work streams for which the Management Consultancy Services are required to cater are: (a) Project Controls; (b) Security; (c) Land and Construction; and (d) Operations and Transition. Please see the PIRM and SAQ for further details as to what each of the workstreams will encompass. The Management Consultancy Services are required for the entire duration of the Project. For clarity, the role is not limited to the design and construction phase of the New Cash Centre.
