Innlandet county currently has a dynamic purchasing system for the procurement of cleaning machines. The County wishes to end this and enter into a framework agreement with a supplier of manual cleaning machines with the necessary accessories. In addition, the county will announce a new DPS only on autonomous machines in the New Year 2025.The county has, as a public contracting authority, a goal of promoting sustainable development and restructuring to low emission communities. Our procurements shall contribute to the lowest possible consumption and environmental impact, as well as promote climate friendly systems. The County also wishes to standardise the equipment in order to achieve uniform and efficient cleaning processes, training and sharing of knowledge, simpler re-use between schools, joint routines for service and maintenance agreements. The offered machines shall have an expected lifetime of minimum. Ten years. The contracting authority is looking for a tenderer who can relieve the contracting authority in the best possible way and deliver good solutions summed up in the following aim: Broad assortment of machines that can cover the entire county ́s needs. Reduced operational costs and increased equipment lifetime, which gives a better financial return. Lower energy consumption that contributes to reduced operational costs and a smaller carbon footprint. Use of environmentally friendly materials and technologies that minimise negative environmental impact. Access to reliable support and service agreements that ensure continual operation and quick problem solving. Training and support from suppliers who ensure that our employees have the necessary competence to use the equipment efficiently. Simple and efficient ordering systems that make it easy to procure the necessary equipment. Quick and easy access to spare parts to ensure minimal downtime and continual operation. Help transporting used machines between schools.
