There is limited and little updated knowledge on how the regulations connected to the contracting authorities ́ role in the general application regulations together function today. The Ministry is therefore announcing a research project with the aim of getting a better overview of how the provisions on joint and several liability, the contracting authorities' information and duties, the tenderer's documentation obligation and the elected representatives' access rights work today. The assignment will be valid from when the contract is signed until the final report is submitted 15 October 2026. The assignment has an upper economic limit of up to NOK 1.9 million excluding VAT.
