Framework Agreement for Construction Consultants to Coordinate the Compilation of Works Requirements, Manage the Tender Process, and take responsibility for delivering the adaptation, refurbishment, modernization and extension for Up to 6 No. Houses across Limerick, North Tipperary and Offaly: The Tender Process includes for the award of House No.1 at Janesboro, Co. Limerick and House 2 at Roscrea, Co. Tipperary. Consultancy Appointment of: Lead Consultant, Architect, Structural and Civil Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Supervisor Design Process, Design and Assigned Certifier, and Employer’s Representative Services; as required for satisfactory delivery of the projects.
