TenneT intends to launch a European tender to appoint a contractor (or contractors) for the provision and/or implementation of a solution for OT data collection, OT-to-IT data transfer, and data enablement for analytics purposes. TenneT wishes to conduct a market consultation in this phase in order to engage with interested parties and gather market insights regarding the proposed tender. The information and insights obtained through this consultation will be used to further define the scope, assess the feasibility, and determine the preconditions of the intended tender procedure. More specifically, TenneT is seeking information and inspiration from solution providers regarding the collection and transfer of OT data to IT environments. TenneT created an OT target architecture which envisions the future OT data collection and data pipeline towards the IT enterprise. Within this market consultation, TenneT would like to examine what the market can offer in relation to this target architecture. In addition, TenneT aims to understand how this data can be effectively managed and transformed into actionable insights. Within TenneT, this initiative is referred to as TSO Analytics, a term that will be used throughout this document. The primary objective of this market consultation is to gain a clearer understanding of potential market solutions, assess whether these solutions can meet our requirements, learn about industry’s best practices for implementation, and obtain indicative cost estimates.
