Trondheim municipality invites tenderers to a market dialogue for a new concession contract for the establishment of new saunas and swimming pools in the city. We would like the fjord and the coastline to be an accessible and attractive venue for the town's inhabitants and visitors, with a focus on year round swimming and the public health aspect. Trondheim municipality offers three unique locations, Grilstadstranda, Østmarkneset and Skansenmoloen. We would like the establishment of new activities in the free areas to strengthen the identity of the place and contribute with positive qualities to the local community, passers by and users. We want an architecture that enriches the surroundings and that makes the sea front's experience qualities available and puts the fjord city Trondheim on the map. A draft of the requirement specifications is attached to the market dialogue. The contracting authority would like feedback from potential tenderers on, among other things, the following topic: Contract length Turnover and investment costsClimate and environmental documentation requirements that will be necessary within this procurement Building Minimum Requirement and award criteria Location Participation, Fill out the response form and send to us via the communication tab in Mercell. After the responses have been received and processed, it may be necessary to invite some relevant actors to 1:1 meetings for some further clarifications, preferably in week 24/25.Deadline for participation is 06.06.2025. After this it will still be possible to send us answers, but this cannot be expected to be taken into account in the procurement.
