Trondheim bydrift invites relevant suppliers to a market dialogue for our pending procurement of a framework agreement for consultancy services for the management of bridges and retaining walls. The procurement includes, among other things, bridge inspections, engineering design of minor maintenance projects and professional advice as needed. The expected value is around NOK 1 million per annum over a period of 2 years and the possibility for extensions of up to 1+1 year. The total scope for the contract period can be approx. We would like to present our needs and plans for the procurement as well as receive valuable input to ensure a sustainable, cost efficient and quality deliveries. The objective of the market dialogue will be to obtain input from suppliers and experts to develop procurement documents that balance environmental, quality and price considerations. Attached are questions that will be asked in the event of a mark dialogue with suppliers who register their interest. Up to 1 hour will be put aside for each supplier. The market dialogue shall take place in Nordic languages. A market dialogue will be held continuously with suppliers who register their interest. The latest date for registering your interest is 05.03.2025. After this, work will be made on the procurement before it is published.
