Market dialogue for a special educational service nursery.

Bærum municipality is looking for an IT system for special educational services nursery and we would like, in connection with dialogue with the market, to get an overview of available systems, their options and whether they can support our requirements. The actual procurements will take place in autumn 2025.Vi invite tenderers to a market dialogue in the form of one to one dialogue meetings. We would like to get knowledge from suppliers about: different systems that can meet one or several of our needs/requirements mentioned above price models demonstration of the supplier ́s solution(s) and how they can support work processes in SPTB and collaboration across services Suppliers must prepare a presentation that shall form the basis for dialogue in the meeting. The presentation will be sent to Bærum municipality afterwards. Input that is presented in this process can be used in the preparation of the tender documentation in the coming procurement. Emphasis is put on the fact that input given in the dialogue process is exempt from public disclosure and will be treated confidentially. Dialogues can be relevant in weeks 34 or 35/2025. The date and time will be returned to after the registration deadline. Meetings will be held in kommunegården in Sandvika (Arnold Haukelandsplass 10, 1338 Sandvika), and approx. 1.5 hours will be set aside per supplier. Registered tenderers will receive questions about central needs ahead of the meeting. Registration deadline: 15 July 2025, 12:00. Registration shall be done through the communication system (messages) in Mercell www.baerum.kommune.no.
