Market dialogue - framework agreement for interpretation services

OFA, on behalf of Agder County, 20 municipalities and associated entities in the Agder region, plans to announce a framework agreement for interpretation services in Agder. It is in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations § 12-1(1) that the Contracting Authority can carry out a market survey to prepare for the procurement. The contracting authority would like, via this market survey, to clarify whether the market can deliver a system that meets the contracting authority ́s needs, get a better understanding of the market possibility room and get access to other useful information that could be relevant when designing the procurement documents. The Contracting Authority is not bound to take input from the market.
