Bybanen AS invites tenderers to a market dialogue ahead of a planned procurement of a framework agreement for public transport and green maintenance. The market dialogue is non binding and will be carried out as part of Bybanen AS ́ needs and market clarification before any competition notice. The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that a market conference is also planned prior to the competition notice. See the RFI document for further information. Assignments under the framework agreement are planned to include operational and maintenance assignments, with function responsibility for some of the assignments, for the track body with the accompanying side installations, side areas, equipment and installations in Bergen municipality. An RFI is attached to the market dialogue, which the tenderers are requested to respond to within the stated deadline.
