Purpose and backgroundTrondheim municipality c/o the Procurement Service is preparing a new competition for the hire of massage chairs. The municipality would like an attractive competition that will form the basis for good agreements and good cooperation for both parties. Currently there is no general framework agreement for Trondheim municipality for massage chairs. The need is identified across different sectors, including i.a. health and welfare as well as upbringing and education. The equipment shall primarily be used for recovery and working environment measures for employees.
