Market dialogue - Package cupboards/delivery cabinets.

The Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation (DSS) shall procure packaging cabinets/delivery cabinets, including a software application for the delivery and delivery of packages/dispatches to and from its own employees and employees in the ministry fellowship. Employees shall collect and deliver equipment in the cupboards in an easy way. The packaging cupboard shall be used for the delivery of, for example, printed articles, business cards, notebooks and other small orders such as mobile accessories, small electronics and office and computer supplies. The cabinet shall be in the customer ́s premises. The size of the packaging cupboard has not yet been determined, but the Contracting Authority envisages that the cupboard shall have approx. 20 hatches of varying sizes. DSS, c/o the Logistics (LOG) unit, shall administer the delivery and reception through the tenderer's system. The software that controls the cupboard must be able to be integrated with the system LOG uses. The current system is from Azolver. DSS would like feedback from the supplier market on what systems are available, as well as how the procurement of package cupboards/delivery cabinets can be carried out in the best possible manner.
