Market dialogue regarding DAC8

UFST (Udviklings- og Forenklingsstyrelsen) hereby invites companies to a market dialogue concerning the purchase of an IT application to support the collection and exchange of data between Denmark and other EU members according to the council directive (EU) 2023/2226 of 17 October 2023 amending Directive 2011/16/EU on administrative cooperation in field of taxation (DAC8). Furthermore, the it-application should support exchange of data to OECD member states. A market dialogue is desired to clarify the availability of standard products commercially available off-the-shelf (COTS) and the capabilities offered by these in order to provide The Ministry of Taxation in Denmark with a national IT application for the collection of and exchange of information in regards to Crypto Assets as specified in DAC8 article 8ad about scope and conditions of mandatory automatic exchange.
