The National Treatment Purchase Fund wishes to engage in Market Soundings for Accounts Payable (AP) Optimisation and Digitisation Project. This exercise is being carried out in accordance with Art. 40 of Directive 2014/24/EU and the key objectives of this exercise are to: • Identify the market appetite and possible market players • Identify potential market solutions • Inform the Contracting Authority with regard to the possible contractual approaches • Assist the Contracting Authority in identifying optimum commercial arrangements • Identify financial models that may exist Please note that: ▪ Participation in the PCM does not guarantee selection in any future procurement process ▪ Suppliers must not interpret this as a formal tender or part of a tender competition ▪ Each response should be no more than 300-500 words per question. Please limit the overall submission to 10 pages (excluding attachments like brochures or system diagrams).
