Market survey AutoPASS Identification and pricing engine

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration hereby invites suppliers to participate in a market survey prior to a possible procurement of a new system/component for AutoPASS Identification and pricing (IP). The Norwegian Public Roads Administration is carrying out a preliminary project and is in a concept phase. The contract strategy and delivery model have not been selected. The market dialogue is aimed at looking at solutions for AutoPASS IP, which is a component of an entire system portfolio that will form the basis for toll collection. The other parts are NOT included in the preliminary project. We would like to map what systems and delivery models are currently available through a dialogue with the market. The market dialogue shall contribute to increased insight into current technology, trends and the real innovation potential. As well as an increased understanding of relevant suppliers, interest in the market, delivery models including frameworks for realisation, in addition to options for supplier cooperation.
