Market survey - Bottom emptying waste containers

Sandnes municipality, in cooperation with several, plans to hold a competition for a framework agreement for buried waste containers and bottom emptying surface containers, with the accompanying access control system. The contracting authority intends to announce the competition by week 20. The estimated contract value is NOK 100,000,000 excluding VAT. NOK 100,000,000 excluding VAT, and the maximum contract value is NOK 100,000,000 excluding VAT. NOK 150,000,000 excluding VAT. Sandnes municipality, in cooperation with several, would like to have a good dialogue with the market so that the competition can be carried out in the best possible way and therefore we would like their input on the tender documentation in it's entirety. Feedback will be important for the Contracting Authority organising a good and realistic competition.
