Market survey: Dynamic pressure reliever intensive care beds for Helse Stavanger HF

We hereby invite tenderers to a market survey in connection with the planned procurement 2025/44123 for the procurement of dynamic pressure reliever intensive care beds for the Plastik surgery department at Helse Stavanger HF. The market survey is a part of the preliminary work for the procurement and carried out because the Contracting Authority wants to map the market and get input for the procurement from potential suppliers, possibly also from other interested parties. As a part of this process, suppliers of dynamic pressure respite intensive care beds are invited to provide input for the procurement and information on what can be offered. An intensive care bed shall be procured for the Plastik surgery department at Helse Stavanger HF. The intensive care bed shall be used in patients with pressure wounds, burns, free tissue patches and large skin transplantates and the intensive care bed must be suitable for this use. The mattress must be dynamic pressure reliever. The bed must be able to handle heavy patients. There may be options for other departments/hospitals. See the document Invitation to Market Survey attached in Mercell for further information, including which information is requested. The deadline for responding to the market survey is 20.08.2025, 12:00. Submit information as requested in the point Input from interested parties (in the attached invitation) via the Mercell communication module. The file format for the reply, including annexes, should be Word, PDF or Excel. The annexes shall be clearly marked. The contracting authority will review the replies in writing after the deadline expires. If the contracting authority sees a need, a dialogue could be relevant via a Mercell communication module and any equipment presentations after the written market survey. NOTE! Due to staff holidays, questions will not be answered in the period 25.07.2025 - 17.08.2025. Questions to the market survey from this period will be answered at the start of week 34.
