Market survey on a joint agreement on TV signals

The Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation (DSS) is, on behalf of the Ministries Digitalisation Organisation (DIO), procuring a new joint agreement for access to national and international news channels such as NRK, TV2, SVT, CNN and others, for DIO and the ministries fellowship. The TV signals shall be forwarded by DIO, both via coax lines for the existing system and IP-TV for a new system that will take over in the long term. The contracting authority estimates that there are a total of approx. 5,000 employees in the ministry fellowship and there are approx. 900 monitors/points/surfaces. Tv can be delivered to some PCs and mobile clients. The Contracting Authority needs input from the Tenderer regarding pricing in the competition.
