HVC wenst te inventariseren welke bedrijven en technologieën er bestaan en welke capaciteiten, technieken en oplossingen deze bedrijven kunnen bieden. Het marktconsultatiedocument is zowel in het Nederlands als Engels opgesteld. De digitale bestanden dienen in PDF-format (origineel PDF, niet gescand) te worden aangeleverd.
