Meath Co Co - MH-TRA-25-01 - Framework Agreement for Transportation Consultancy Services on Non-National Road Schemes

Meath County Council as the Contracting Authority proposes to establish and operate a Framework Agreement for Transportation Consultancy Services including the provision of Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) services and Designer services. It is proposed to establish a Framework with a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 8 Participants for consultancy services for schemes with an estimated construction value of greater than €50,000. If there are fewer than 5 Candidates who pass the suitability assessment, the tender competition may still proceed provided that the number of candidates is sufficient for genuine competition. The Contracting Authority may run Mini-Competitions in accordance with the Framework Agreement in order to enter into a Call-Off Contract for an individual project with a Participant. The estimated average annual expenditure on consultancy services over the lifetime of the Framework is €300,000. For example, over a service contract period of 4 years the estimated total expenditure is €1,200,000. The Contracting Authority may choose to not use the framework and to procure transportation consultancy services outside of the Framework Agreement.
