University of Oulu (Oulun yliopisto) and Oulu University of Applied Sciences (Oulun Ammattikorkeakoulu Oy) (hereinafter the “Customer” or "Contracting entity" is carrying out a procurement to purchase a video platform as a SaaS (Software-as-a-service) solution. The object of this procurement is the platform, its implementation, hosting, maintenance and support services. The delivery phase includes installation, required integrations to Customer’s environment, data migrations from the Customer’s existing platforms as well as testing and piloting the platform and training at least admin personnel. Customer will provide the new service to the whole community of University of Oulu and Oulu University of Applied Sciences. The platform must be provided as a SaaS (Software as a Service) solution and maintained by the successful tenderer. The platform will not be installed in the Customer’s server environment and may not require any additional server maintenance by the Customer. Tenderer must offer both a test environment and a production environment. Contract period: The contract is valid for a period of two (2) years ("Initial contract period"). After this, the Agreement continues to be valid until further notice, unless the Agreement has been terminated six (6) months before the end of the Initial Agreement Period. The Customer has the right to terminate the Agreement, which is valid for the time being, with a notice period of three (3) months, and the Supplier with a notice period of twelve (12) months.
