The assignment includes sale, delivery, unpacking, installation, validation (delivery of specifications) of a µITC system. The assignment should also include all necessary training for users upon installation or on a time agreed upon in advance. It should include all device-bound reagents and products needed for demonstration and training purposes and information should be given on all necessary maintenance procedures. There should be a clear communication on all facility related adaptation and renovation work needed prior to delivery. The assignment should also include maintenance kits to keep the equipment in optimal functional condition, as well as the reagents, products and other required items needed for demonstration (training) and calibration purposes. The equipment must be accompanied by all technical information and procedures regarding the operation, calibration and maintenance of the equipment.
