The objective of the framework contract is for CEPOL to be able to order the following mobile communication subscriptions over the entire duration of the contract: - Voice and data (3G, 4G or 5G) enabled subscriptions with SIM cards for use with mobile phones / smartphones; - Data only (3G, 4G or 5G) enabled subscriptions with SIM cards for use with laptops, tablets and other mobile devices. The successful tenderer shall deliver mobile communication services with the highest level of availability, minimum latency as well as a fast time response to any occurring incident. In view of the above, CEPOL wishes to establish a framework contract with a provider which is able to deliver mobile communication services with the highest level of availability, minimum latency as well as a fast time response to any occurring incident over a maximum possible duration of 4 years.
