The competition is for the provision of monitoring activities for Ytre Oslofjord. Participants: Ytre Oslofjord Professional Council (Fagrådet) is the collaborating body for the coastal municipalities along Ytre Oslofjord. The value of the procurement is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The contracting authority expects that the total monitoring will have annual financial limits of approx. The final annual programme will, in cooperation with the chosen operator, be adapted to the available financial resources. See the procurement documents for further information. A draft of the tender documentation is attached to this qualification documentation. The contracting authority reserves the right to make minor, not significant changes to this basis before tenderers are invited to submit a tender.
