Motorcycles for LRH

The National Commissioner of the Icelandic Police intends to award a contract for the purchase of 6–10 motorcycles for police use in Iceland. Two prior tender procedures have been conducted; however, no valid tenders were received in either procedure. On this basis, the contracting authority has decided to proceed with a negotiated procedure without prior publication, in accordance with the applicable provisions of public procurement law. The negotiated procedure is based on the procurement documents of tender no. 23326.
