To participate in the RFI process and gain access to further information and essential documents, such as the Scope Document, interested parties are required to follow the specified procedure. To gain access to further information and documentation, you must first register your interest via the TED platform or send your Request via email. Once this step is complete, you will be able to view the additional information and documentation. Please note that, due to the sensitive and confidential nature of the information involved, all participants must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). You will only be granted access to documents like the Scope Document once the NDA has been signed and returned. We kindly request that interested parties submit their inquiries by mid-January 2025. Responses with proposed solutions should ideally be submitted by the end of January/early February 2025. Following this, discussions and evaluation will take place in February 2025, with the RFI process concluding in March 2025.
