To participate in the RFI process and gain access to further information interested parties are required to follow the specified procedure. To gain access, you must first register your interest via the TED platform. Once this step is complete, you will be able to view the additional information and documentation. Please note that, due to the sensitive and confidential nature of the information involved, all participants must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). You will only be granted access to documents once the NDA has been signed and returned. We kindly request that interested parties submit their inquiries in a timely manner, but not later than the specified date (see schedule). Responses with proposed solutions should ideally be submitted by the specified date (see schedule).
