Multi-Disciplinary Project Management and Design Team Services for the Delivery of the Cork Docklands South Quays

Cork City Council is seeking a multi-disciplinary project management and design team for the delivery of the cork docklands south quays. The project involves the rejuvenation of the quayside in the South Docks. The involves the development of the public realm, flood defences and the repair and upgrade to the quay walls and wharfs. The public realm is over an area of approx. 65,000m2 with a polder being provided that will act as a flood defence for the whole of the South Docks. The quay walls from Albert Quay to Blackrock Village are also to be repaired over that length approx. 3.5km. The estimated construction value of the proposed works is in excess of €125m.
