The purpose of this competition is to appoint a Design Team Framework for upcoming non-acute healthcare projects within HSE South West, RHA Cork This initial Suitability Assessment Process is being used to form a shortlist of 8 suitable consultants to progress to the next stage of competition and form the final framework. Please refer to the Project Information Memorandum document for details on formation of the framework and how projects are awarded throughout the lifetime of the framework. For the purposes of this competition the initial project that is being used for assessment and formation of this specific framework is HSE/TUSLA Barnahaus . The project is a joint venture between three Government Departments. Barnahus (Children’s House) is a child-friendly, multidisciplinary, and interagency response model for the coordination of criminal and child welfare investigations in cases of violence against children, including child sexual abuse. However, Barnahus Cork will bring CASATS (Child and Adolescent Forensic Medical Assessment Services) and SATU (Sexual Assault Treatment Unit) under one roof. CASATS will serve all genders and gender identities under 14 years of age, while SATU will serve all aged 14 years and over.
