The purpose of this Call for tenders is to conclude a multiannual contract whose object is to establish the terms and conditions that will be applicable to the ordering by the Contracting Authority of Software Development Services in the area of development of the Contracting Authority. The services shall enhance the e-COST information system with new features in order to decrease the administrative labour cost, improve the efficiency of related processes and implement a “green” solution minimising the use of printouts and paper in general.
