Horizontal Foreign Policy Issues • Multilateralism, including EU relations with multilateral organisations and groupings such as UN, OSCE, G7, G20; • Geopolitics; • CFSP, planning and adoption, implementation incl. Global strategy and foreign policy aspects of the Strategic Compass), strategic culture, diplomacy, EEAS, EUDELs, EUSRs, financing aspects, sanctions policy; • EU inter-institutional relations and dynamic of external relations incl. parliamentary scrutiny of NDICI-Global Europe and IPA III and other funding instruments, e.g. geopolitical aspects of infrastructural investment - Global Gateway, EU consular policy/ crisis response; • external dimensions of energy, space, and other internal policies; • climate diplomacy, ocean diplomacy, cultural and science diplomacy, water diplomacy, geopolitical aspects of health strategy and diplomacy; • mediation, conflict prevention and reconciliation; • regional confidence building and security architecture(s); • Economic and Investment Plans; • parliamentary diplomacy; • Enlargement policy; • The European Neighbourhood Policy: Horizontal aspects; Global Partners • This lot covers the following regions: o Asia - Pacific:  South Asia (incl. Afghanistan);  Central Asia (including Mongolia);  South-East Asia;  East Asia (including China, Taiwan, Japan, Koreas);  Australia, New Zealand;  Indian & Pacific oceanic regions (including Indo-Pacific) ; o Africa:  Western Africa & Sahel & Sub-Saharan Africa;  Central & Eastern Africa & Horn of Africa;  Southern Africa; o Americas:  North America, incl. the USA, Canada;  Central America;  South America; • The following issues should be covered for regions in this lot o Political relations and foreign policy aspects; o Continent-wide and regional organisations and groups, o Implementation of EU external financing instruments; o Human rights and democracy promotion; o Energy, environment and climate issues; o Socio-economic and gender issues; o Trade and economic issues; o Security and defence issues;
